RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY:
If you are not satisfied with one of the items purchased from ClimbAxe.Com please send it back to us within 45 days of ordering it and we will issue you a *full refund. (Shipping charges for sending the returned items to us is your responsibility and Shipping cost for an exchange is your responsibility both ways). All items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and packaging. *The original shipping charges are not refundable.
PLEASE do not try to return or exchange shoes that have been worn!
For the safety of others and by law, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any load bearing gear. This includes ropes, carabiners, quickdraws, belay / rappel devices, and harnesses, unless they are found to be defective, in which case you are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If that is the case and you feel the product is defective, please contact us before attempting to return the defective item.
We recommend that all products be shipped back to us using a tracking number with a carrier such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL. We will not be responsible for packages that are lost in route to our warehouse, so it's also a good idea to insure the package for the value of its contents.
Please insert a note inside your package with the following:

- Phone Number
- Original Order Number
- Reason for the return or exchange
